If you are looking for a light airy cake with amazing flavor then you’ve come to the right place! Even in my 3 years of being gf, df, egg free ive never tasted anything better than Buddy’s cakes! Easy and tasty….I’m in!

Begged my husband to let me order the chocolate cake. To say it’s the best Allergen Friendly cake I have ever eaten is an understatement. My husband who can eat normal food even gave it an eyebrow raise (which is a high a praise from him). Looking forward to ordering more in the future!

*While all of our products are free from the top 8 allergens, we do occasionally use coconut products such as coconut oil or coconut milk, which the FDA has now included under “Tree Nuts”. However, the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology says this about coconuts and allergies:

“Coconut is not a botanical nut; it is classified as a fruit, even though the Food and Drug Administration recognizes coconut as a tree nut. While allergic reactions to coconut have been documented, most people who are allergic to tree nuts can safely eat coconut.”

Further, according to Medscape Medical News:

“It is common for some people to restrict foods whose name contains the world ‘nut’,” the authors suggest, including nutmeg, butternut squash, and coconuts, none of which cause allergies.”

Of course, please check with your physician if you have any doubts at all or questions.
